Message	You can find the request forms online, but there are certain privacy restrictions on who can obtain this personal info ([ http://www.state.ma.us/rmv/privacy/users.htm ]) legally. I would suggest you do two things: 1 - Contact your insurance agent ASAP. They can file the request for the plate owner's personal information for the investigation of any claim. 2 - Visit the MA state RMV website and spend some time looking at the regulations.
